This list is a comprehensive catalog of the over 200 materials currently featured in our live sales—including our full range of cabochons, faceted gemstones, and gemstone/copper beads. Use this document to see the specific materials we have available.

We understand that the fast pace of a live sale isn't for everyone. If you prefer a more personal and relaxed shopping experience, we are happy to help you shop our current Live Sale Materials via Instagram Direct Message (DM).

  • How it Works: Browse the Live Sale Materials List above to see our full inventory of available materials.

  • Message Us: DM us on Instagram and mention the gemstone material(s) (e.g., "Ethiopian Opal" or "Pink Tourmaline") you are interested in viewing.

  • Personal Viewing: We will send you close-up photos and/or videos of the exact items we have in stock for that material, along with their individual item numbers and prices.

  • Claiming: You can claim items directly through DM. We will then guide you through the Claim Form and invoicing process.

We want you to feel confident and comfortable with your purchase, no matter how you choose to shop!

Participating in one of our live sales? Fill out this form to be eligible to claim crystals, cabochons, faceted stones, fossils, or wire-wrapped jewelry!

Terms and Conditions:

  • ALL SALES ARE FINAL. There are no refunds or returns on claimed or purchased items.

  • CLAIM RESPONSIBLY! Your claim is a promise to purchase, claims may not be put back.

  • Claimed items may be traded for higher priced similar items ONLY.

  • Claim by commenting the number (price) and letter(s) on the back of the item. Only claims with full pricing code will be accepted.

  • Please track your claims as we are unable to accommodate total requests during the lives.

  • First claim on OUR screen gets the item, this may not reflect what shows on yours.

  • Claim bundles will be invoiced through PayPal or on earthyvybz.com and a notification email will be sent.

  • ALL CLAIMS MUST BE PAID WITHIN 48 hours of receiving the invoice. We invoice on Mondays and Tuesdays.

  • Unpaid invoices will disqualify you from future sales.

  • Paid packages are shipped out beginning on Thursday.

  • Holds must be requested no later than Wednesday.

  • If you put your bin on hold, you are responsible for notifying us when you are ready to ship. We do not automatically ship at the free shipping threshold. Please keep track of your hold bin total.

  • All shipping inquiries, hold requests, and invoicing questions should be directed to @earthyvybz2.0 on TikTok or Instagram. Shipping and billing inquiries will not be addressed during the live sales.

  • We take great care in packing and shipping your items. However, Earthy Vybz is not responsible for lost or damaged packages or items. Shipping insurance above $20 can be provided on request and at the expense of the purchaser.
